Placing a Booking
Our booking prices represent the total cost of rental per week: as you are booking directly with the property, there are no additional booking fees or charges.
Bookings are placed by selecting your required weeks on our bookings page. You will then be able to review your details before proceeding to our checkout/deposit-payment page. Once your deposit is submitted on our secure checkout, you will be redirected to a confirmation page. Within 24 hours you will receive your formal booking confirmation PDF letter – which includes your final payment instructions and pre-arrival information – to the email provided at the checkout page. If you do not receive this, please let us know as soon as possible via the Contact page.
Payments
Bookings are made using a 25% deposit payment, which secures your booking. After making your booking, you will be provided with a unique link to submit the remaining balance via our website at your leisure; this link will remain active until the payment is due. Full payment is required by 8 weeks before the booking start-date.
All prices on this website are displayed and processed in Euros (€). We offer two payment types: Credit/Debit card or Direct Bank Transfer:
Credit/Debit Card Payment: Card payments for bookings are processed through our embedded secure payment partner, Stripe. You can use any credit or debit card including Visa, Mastercard and American Express to pay for your booking; no financial information, such as your credit card number, is shared with this site. During the checkout process your payment will be converted from your card’s currency into Euros by the card issuer (a small fee may apply to perform this conversion, of which full details are available from your card issuer).
Direct Bank Transfer: Payments for bookings can also be made via Direct Bank Transfer into a Euro-based account. After placing your booking, you will provided with IBAN and BIC/Swift number to which payment can be made. Please use your name as your payment reference and email us after making your payment.
Arrival & Departure
Guests may arrive anytime after 16:00 on the first day of the booking (Saturday) and are asked to depart by 10:00 (AM) on the last day of the booking (Saturday) so that we have sufficient time to prepare the gites for the next group.

Cancellations
Whilst we offer a refund policy on cancellations (detailed below), it is always recommended that you take out holiday insurance cover to provide full reimbursement of your booking cost and deposit if you have to unexpectedly cancel your stay close to the booking start-date.
If you have already paid for your booking in full and cancel the booking prior to 8 weeks before the booking start-date, you will receive a refund, less 25% of your booking total; if cancelled between 6 and 8 weeks before your booking date, you will receive a refund of 50% of the booking total; if cancelled between 4 and 6 weeks before your booking date, you will receive a refund of 25% of the booking total; after this date refunds unfortunately cannot be offered due to the unlikelihood of rebooking the week(s).
If you have paid using a 25% booking deposit, you may cancel your booking before full payment is due but your deposit amount cannot be refunded. If you have paid via this method and have subsequently submitted full payment, the cancellation policy above applies.
Dogs and Other Pets
Unfortunately we cannot accommodate dogs or other pets that guests may wish to take on holiday with them.
